OfficeTeam, a division of Robert Half Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced customer services assistant on behalf of our client based in Leicester. The role is busy and varied. You will be taking purchase orders, dealing with queries, complaints, tracking, proof of deliveries and entering details onto the system. The role is a temporary role and is working 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. The role requires an IMMEDIATE start.
In order to be considered for the role of customer services assistant on behalf of our clients, you must be able to demonstrate strong organisation skills, be flexible, adaptable and keen to learn to areas of business. If you have previous experience of working as a temporary member of staff this is also advantage to the client (but not essential).
