Job Description

The Role

OfficeTeam, a division of Robert Half Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator on behalf of our client based in Nottingham. The role is busy and varied and will be supporting the key business functions including sales, HR and marketing. You will be taking purchase orders, checking stocks, uploading new products onto the database, sending information, brochures and leaflets of the company, logging sickness and absences. The role is a temporary role and is working 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. The role requires an IMMEDIATE start.

Your Profile

In order to be considered for the role of Administrator on behalf of our clients, you must be able to demonstrate strong organisation skills, be flexible, adaptable and keen to learn to areas of business. If you have previous experience of working as a temporary member of staff this is also advantage to the client (but not essential).
