WANTED - DYNAMIC SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

My client is a family run independent recruiter and are currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the expanding commercial division in their Birmingham branch. My client offers up to 30K basic DOE with a good bonus structure.

This position plays a key role in maintaining their reputation for delivering reliable, quality recruitment solutions for their commercial/office clients whilst also ensuring full compliance with their internal, customer and industry standards.

On a daily basis you will be responsible for managing the expectations and needs of both clients and candidates alike and will work alongside people who are just as passionate about delivering a great service as you are.

Your tasks will involve maintaining your database of candidates, registering candidates, building client and candidate relationships, business development and growing the commercial/office division to its full potential.

As a successful Commercial Senior Recruitment Consultant my client wants you to recruit, build strong client relationships and not get involved in admin or payroll
