Capita are seeking a Marketing Manager to plan and deliver activity across the full marketing mix, utilising creativity and client facing skills to support ambitious growth plans within the business.
About the role
As part of our Learning Services division, Capita Talent Partnerships helps public and private sector organisations to find and develop talent through a range of pre-employment and apprenticeship programmes.
Our market is set for significant change and growth over the next three years, and we are now seeking a Marketing Manager to own our marketing activity to raise the profile of our business and support our business development goals.
Operating in an autonomous role where no two days will be the same, you will be an experienced marketing generalist with the ability to create and drive a wide range of projects. From week to week you will be planning events, developing websites, managing digital campaigns, writing blogs or interviewing SMEs for a new thought leadership piece - all whilst offering that truly client and customer facing marketing presence within the business.
You will be supported throughout your career with Capita Learning Services, and we will ensure that your personal development is regularly reviewed, assessed, discussed and improved upon with realistic milestones set for you to achieve and surpass.

What you will do:
Actively support sales activity by understanding the planning and prioritisation of activities, delivering input such as content, microsites, videos and case studies
Own and report on marketing output, with a particular emphasis on driving team activity, for example: sales team marketing actions, knowledge and training, tool adoption, event planning and execution
Drive the process to continuously produce thought-leadership articles and positions, including promotion of business 'rockstars' relevant to the right markets
Build effective partnerships, including with other marketing teams to maximise collaboration and extend the reach of our resources and activity
Execute the strategic marketing plan, particularly digital campaigns aimed at driving sales, with clear deliverables and to budget
Deliver within a best practice framework, to record and review marketing effectiveness and achievement of KPIs
Your experience will include:
Proven experience of successfully developing and implementing best-in-class initiatives, campaigns and client events
Demonstrable experience of digital marketing, communication channels & campaigns, and social media tracking/analytics and tools
Knowledge of delivering customer marketing initiatives to deliver successful results (both qualitative and quantitative) directly linked to sales activities
A diplomatic, relationship builder with strong professional presence and demonstrated ability to influence sales teams
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in B2B marketing in the service sector
Excellent written/verbal communication and analytical skills
