Due to expansion they are currently looking for a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager in the Gloucestershire area. This is a perfect role for somebody looking to take on their first Kitchen Manager position or for an existing Kitchen Manager looking for a fresh challenge.

WHAT YOU'LL DO IN THIS ROLE:-
As Kitchen Manager you'll be responsible for the entire kitchen operation including:
Overseeing food ordering
Goods delivery & Stock control
Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations.
You'll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen's financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards.
