What will the role involve?
The Human Resources Advisor will operate in a shared services team and provide first line advice on HR related matters to employees and management across the business. They will provide a key link between the business and Human Resources to ensure the requirements of the business are met.
This roles will also take a lead on HR specialist activity e.g. Employment Law, Employee Relation, Compensation and benefits and Recruitment.

Ability to work to tight deadlines and timescales

Methodical and structured approach to tasks
Good understanding of SMP, SSP, Paternity calculations process
Sound knowledge and understanding of employment legislation
Microsoft i.e. word, excel (intermediate level)
Qualified to CPP level or equivalent (essential)
