Customer Services Specialist
Evesham, Worcestershire
£20-22,000 plus benefits

A market-leading Worcestershire manufacturing business requires a highly organised, personable Customer Service Executive, ideally with a background in either a logistics, supply chain, printing or customer services environment. Commutable from the likes of Evesham, Worcester, Bideford, Cheltenham, Gloucester and Tewkesbury, this job involves a great deal of interaction with the sales team and will entail the following responsibilities:

- Managing Key Customer Accounts and understanding their requirements
- Processing orders from receipt to conception of artwork through to production planning and delivery of finished goods to agreed standards
- Continuously providing excellent customer service and support
- Building and developing positive relationships, seeking further business opportunities
- Handling customer enquiries and requests
- Monitoring and reporting on sales information
- Working to own and sales team KPIs
- Using SAP to track, monitor and progress orders

To be successful in this job the following skill set would be very beneficial:

- Customer Service experience
- Relationship building and key account management
- Use of SAP or similar sales order database
- Experience of producing daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Excellent initiative and communication skills essential
